Being half Greek, the director wanted to incorporate a name that references her Greek origins. Being something of an adrenalin seeker, she is enamoured with all things related to aviation and holds a fascination with lightening. It was these components that drew her to the word ‘stratosphere’ but after much deliberation, decided it was too long for a company title. That’s when the thought struck to shorten it to Stratos.

The word ‘stratos’ is also used to refer to elevation and vastness hence the association with the term stratosphere.
The logo incorporates mountain peaks striving towards the stratosphere indicative of high performance and ascension.
